Wasteland Chest Rig

The Wasteland Rig got its name from its intended use, patrolling the wasteland. Lightweight, comfortable, durable, adaptable and cool. The Wasteland Rig can hold up to 8 30rd 5.56 magazines (6 up front, 1 on each side) in this configuration. The whole setup is comprised of 5 main components: A 3x dual 5.56 magazine pouch placard, an H harness compatible with swift clips or G hooks, 2 "Cargo Pod" 3x5 MOLLE expander wings with integrated 5.56 mag pouches, 3 removeable laser-cut magazine retention flaps, and a back strap. The placard holds 6 total magazines with mild elastic retention, and is intended to use either the included mag retention flaps or bungee retention to properly secure its contents. Each magazine pouch has gaps at the bottom for water and goo drainage to keep your mags from getting gummed up. This placard can also run as a standalone chest rig, and can connect to any standard plate carrier on the market utilizing swift clips. The H harness features a column of MOLLE along each front strap, allowing for the mounting of pouches, GPSs, comms PTTs, tourniquets, or literally anything around the size of a snickers bar. The expander wings feature 3 columns of MOLLE, and accept a large variety of pouches from all sorts of companies, including our popular Saddlebag GP.
